How can I delete my account and data?
We understand that sometimes one might need to part ways with a service, and we want to make that process as smooth as possible.

For our Free Plan users
If you're using the free plan, you can delete your account directly from your profile settings:
On the top-right of your dashboard, click on your profile image, and choose Profile:
On your account settings — look for, "If you would like to delete your account, click here" option, like so:
For our Paid Plan users
If you're on a paid plan, please contact our support team with your deletion request. You can reach us by clicking the message bubble icon at the bottom-right of this page.
We will process your request within 1-2 business days.
Things to consider:
- Please keep in mind that account deletion is irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account, robots, or extracted data once the process is complete.
- Alternative options:
- If you want to stop using Browse AI temporarily but may return later, you can downgrade to the free plan and keep your account active.
- You can also unsubscribe from our product newsletter in your Account Settings or by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email you've received.
