For free plan users
If you're using the free plan, you can delete your account directly from your profile settings:
Log in to your Browse AI dashboard
Click on your profile image in the top-right corner
Select Profile from the dropdown menu
Scroll down to the bottom of the Account Settings page
Click on the Delete Account option where it says If you would like to delete your account, click here.
Confirm your decision by following the on-screen prompts
For Paid Plan users
If you're currently on a paid plan, please contact our support team to process your deletion request:
Click the message bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of any page on our website.
Provide your account details and clearly state your request to delete your account.
Our team will respond and process your request within 1-2 business days.
Before you delete
Before deleting your account, you may want to:
Export any important data you've collected.
Save any robot configurations you might need in the future.
Check if you have any remaining credits or subscription time that you could use.
Important considerations
Permanent deletion: Account deletion is irreversible. Once completed, you won't be able to recover your account, robots, or any extracted data.
Data retention: After deletion, all your personal data will be removed from our active systems in accordance with our privacy policy.
Subscription status: For paid users, please note that deleting your account doesn't automatically cancel any active subscriptions. Make sure to cancel your subscription first.
Alternative option: Downgrade to a free plan to keep your data
