Adding or removing a website slot
The website limits you see all across our plans refers to the maximum number of unique website domains (like example.com
, anotherwebsite.org
, yourstore.net
, etc.) that your robots can be actively trained to scrape data from.
Here's how to add or remove a website:
Navigate to your Billing tab (or click here to go directly).
Click the "Change plan" button.
If you're a subscriber, choose the very same plan you're subscribed to. Otherwise, choose your desired plan.
On the Update my plan window, you can modify the amount of website slots you need. You can either add more, or remove the ones you no longer need, like so:
Important: If reducing your website slots means you now have more websites than your new limit allows, you will need to delete the excess robots before you can finalise the downgrade.
After reviewing everything, follow the prompts for payment.
Note: The price per website slot can vary depending on your subscription plan. If you change your plan tier, the cost of your add-ons may also change.
Cancelling your subscription
If you need to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
Go to the "Billing" tab within your account settings, or click here.
On the Billing tab, locate and click the Cancel Subscription button:
You'll then be asked to provide feedback on your reason for cancelling. Your input is valuable and helps us improve our service.
Just a heads up: You'll need to select one of the provided reasons to proceed with cancellation.
After choosing the reason, click on the Cancel Subscription Renewal button at the right-most side of the dialogue box:
Important: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. You'll see a message indicating your remaining credits and their expiration date.
