How to export a screenshot

Screenshots captured by your robot show exactly what was extracted and can be exported for documentation, troubleshooting, or visual records. Unlike data exports, screenshots must be saved individually from the extraction History.

Two types of screenshots

Captured Screenshots

  • Explicitly requested during robot training

  • You chose "Capture Screenshot" as an extraction type

  • Treated as visual data you wanted to collect

Final Screen

  • Automatically captured for every extraction

  • Shows what your robot saw at completion

  • Always available for debugging

Both types export the same way but serve different purposes.

Accessing screenshots

Screenshots aren't available in Tables export. In order to download them you'll need to go to the extraction History.

Exporting screenshots from Tables

  1. In your Table, find the extraction row

  2. Click the status which opens the extraction History details

  3. Scroll down to find your screenshot(s)

  4. Right-click to 'save as' an image.

Screenshot sections in History

Look for these sections:

  • Captured Screenshot - you'll see this if you trained your robot to capture a screenshot.

  • Final Screen - always present at the bottom which will full a complete screenshot.
