What data do you want to export?
To export data from Tables, you'll first want to navigate to and filter (as needed) to configure the data.
Export all data
Select the Main tab
Export as a CSV to get a ZIP file with all your data (includes Main.csv plus one CSV for each list tab)
Export as a JSON to get a single file of all of your data
Perfect for complete backups or comprehensive analysis
Export specific data
Select any list tab to export the data as a single file
Ideal for focused analysis or sharing specific datasets
Export filtered data
Any filters or toggles you apply will also be applied to the export file. This includes:
π‘ What you see in your Table is exactly what exports - so apply the filtures, and views you need first to export the data you want. You can apply multiple filters and views to configure the dataset you'd like to export.
How to export data
Once you've determined and changed your view to show the data you'd like to export you can export that data as a CSV, or JSON file.
Click the Export button (top-right corner)
Review the export summary.
Choose your format (CSV or JSON) and click Download.
After clicking Export Data, you have two ways to access your files:
Direct download from Table
The file will begin downloading immediately.
A record of the export also appears in your Table for later access.
Email download link
Browse AI sends an email with a download link.
This link remains active for 24 hours.
Useful for sharing the export with team members.
Export to AWS S3
For automated workflows and large-scale operations, export directly to your AWS S3 bucket.
Click Export in your Table.
Choose either:
Export as JSON to S3.
Export as CSV to S3.
Click Set up to configure your S3 connection.
Follow the setup guide to connect your bucket.

Exporting captured screenshots
If you trained your robot to capture screenshots, they won't appear in your regular data exports (CSV/JSON). Screenshots are stored separately from your structured data.
In your Table's Main tab, find the row for the extraction you want to export.
Click the Status to open History
Scroll to Captured Screenshot and right-click to Save image as.
π‘ Unlike data exports, screenshots must be saved individually - there's no bulk export option.
Troubleshooting export issues
Check for browser pop-up blocks.
Look for a pop-up blocker notification in your browser address bar.
Click Allow or Always allow pop-ups from Browse AI.
Try the download again.
Other common issues
Large files may take longer to generate (wait a few moments).
Check your downloads folder as the file might have downloaded without notification.
Try using the email link if direct download continues to fail.
Clear your browser cache if problems persist.
