Can I add custom tabs to a Table?

No, tabs are automatically generated based on what your robot extracts and cannot be manually added. However, you can control your Table structure by modifying what your robot captures.

No, it's not currently possible to manually add new tabs to your robot's Table. Tabs are automatically generated based on your robot's extraction settings and cannot be customized after the robot has been trained.

Tables automatically generate tab(s) based on how the robot was trained:

  • Main tab - always present, shows extraction summaries.

  • List tabs - One for each list your robot extracts (Products, Results, etc.).

Getting the tab structure you want

Option 1: Retrain your robot

Modify what lists your robot extracts:

  1. Go to Settings > Danger Zone > Retrain robot

  2. Add or modify the lists you're capturing

  3. Save and run - new tabs appear automatically

Option 2: Use multiple robots

Create separate robots for different data structures:

  • Each robot has its own Table with unique tabs

  • Ideal for completely different data types

  • Maintain clean, focused data organization

Option 3: Export and customize

Export your data to reorganize as needed:

  • Use CSV/JSON exports

  • Create custom views in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Build exactly the structure you need

πŸ’‘ Map out the structure you want before training to get the tabs you want from the start.
