This guide will show you how to transfer your robot(s) between Browse AI workspaces you belong to.
Step 1: Approve your robot, if not yet done
If you haven't yet approved your robot, you will need to do so before you're able to transfer it to a different workspace.
Scroll down beyond the results after building your robot to see this.
Step 2: Go to your robot's Settings tab
After approving your robot, the tabs should no longer be greyed out.
Step 3: Find the Transfer ownership option
(It's located under the Danger Zone section). Then, choose your desired workspace from the dropdown menu.
NOTE: If you are a member of a workspace that's not the default "personal" one that Browse AI provides, you have the opportunity to transfer the robots you’ve developed into other workspaces. This allows for better collaboration and resource sharing among team members, ensuring that everyone can access and utilize the robots you’ve created.
Step 4: Click on Save for the changes to take effect
Once you've chosen the workspace to which you would like to transfer your robot, click the Save button. The robot will moved instantly.
