How can I add our company information to our invoices?
If you do not have a subscription yet
If you do not have a subscription yet, when you decide to upgrade and enter the checkout page, you will be able to enter your billing information which includes your full address. If you need any information on your invoice other than the company address, please do not upgrade yourself. Instead, contact our support and we will be happy to process the upgrade and send you the invoice to pay. Make sure that when you contact us, you include the information that you need on the invoice, plus the name of the plan to which you need to upgrade.
If you already have a subscription
If you already have a subscription, you can adjust the billing address that will be on your future invoices by going to your Subscription dashboard and clicking on "Change payment method" at the top-right.
If you need any information on your invoice other than the company address, please contact our support and we will be happy to update the information on your future invoices.
Our payment provider (Stripe) does not allow editing invoices after they have been paid, so unfortunately, we cannot edit information on past invoices.
