How can I add our company information to our invoices?
Here's how you can your company information to your invoices, depending on whether you already have a subscription or not 👇
Before you subscribe (No subscriptions yet)
If you're signing up for a new Browse AI subscription, you can add your company information during the checkout process by entering your full company address in the billing information section.
Need to include other information besides your address (e.g., VAT number, tax ID)? Please contact our support team before completing your purchase. We'll be happy to process your subscription manually and send you an invoice with the necessary details.
For existing subscriptions
Already have a Browse AI subscription? You can update your billing address directly in your account settings:
- Go to your Billing dashboard, or click here.
- Click on "Change payment method" in the top right corner.
- Update your company address in the billing information section.
Need to add other information besides your address? Please contact our support team, and we'll be happy to update your billing information for future invoices.
Important note:
Our payment provider (Stripe) does not allow editing of invoices after they have been paid. This means we cannot modify information on past invoices.
