How to add company information to invoices

Add your company address during checkout or through your billing dashboard, and contact support for additional details like VAT or tax ID.

For new subscribers

If you don't have a Browse AI subscription yet, you can add your company information during the checkout process:

  1. Start your subscription sign-up process.

  2. Enter your full company address in the billing information section during the checkout process.

  3. Complete your purchase.

Need to include other information besides your address (e.g., VAT number, tax ID)?

Before completing your purchase, you can include your VAT number and other extra information in "Address line 2," and it will appear in your invoices!

For existing subscriptions

If you already have a Browse AI subscription, update your billing address through your account:

  1. Go to your Billing dashboard, or click here.

  2. Click on Invoices in the top right corner.

  3. Under "Billing and shipping information", click on "Update information"

  4. Update your company address in the billing information section.

  5. You can include your VAT number and other extra information in "Address line 2" and it will appear in your future invoices!

Need to add other information to your current invoice?

Please contact our support team with the information you require, and we can gladly issue you an updated invoice for your latest payment. However, please keep in mind it may take a few days since it’s a manual process.

Important note:

  • Our payment provider (Stripe) does not allow editing of issued invoices after they have been paid.

  • We cannot modify information on past invoices, only on future ones.

  • Changes to your billing information will take effect on your next invoice.
