Track success rates and failures in Tables

Tables provide real-time visibility into your robot's performance, helping you maintain high extraction success rates and quickly identify issues that need attention.

Every row in your Table's Main tab displays a status indicator showing the outcome of that extraction.

Status types

Successful

  • Data extracted without issues

  • All requested fields captured

  • Ready for analysis or export

Failed

  • Extraction encountered an error

  • Could be temporary (network timeout) or persistent (website changed)

  • Requires investigation

In-progress

  • Extraction currently running

  • Refresh to see updated status

  • Normal for complex or large extractions

Quick performance overview

Visual scanning

At a glance, scan your Table to assess overall health:

  • Mostly green (Successful) = healthy robot

  • Multiple red (Failed) = needs attention

  • Pattern of failures = potential systematic issue

Using filters for performance analysis

Check today's success rate

  1. Filter by Extract Date = Today

  2. Count Successful vs Failed rows

  3. Quick mental calculation of success percentage

Find all failures to investigate

  1. Filter by Status = Failed

  2. Review error patterns

  3. Plan bulk re-runs if needed

View extraction details

Click any status indicator to view comprehensive extraction details.

What the history view shows

For successful extractions:

  • Complete extracted data

  • Extraction timing and duration

  • Screenshots of the page

For failed extractions:

  • Specific error messages

  • Screenshots of what the robot encountered

  • Extraction timestamps

  • Any partial data captured

This information helps you determine appropriate next steps, whether that's re-running the extraction, updating your robot, or contacting support.

💡 Screenshots can often 'show' you what went wrong when an extraction has failed.

Responding to failures

Immediate actions

  1. Filter by Status = Failed to see all failures.

  2. Click status indicators to understand specific errors.

  3. Use Update Row to retry individual extractions.

  4. Consider bulk re-run for multiple failures.

When to get help

  • Persistent failures after retrying.

  • Error messages you don't understand.

  • Sudden drop in success rates.

  • Need guidance on robot adjustments.
