Track your Browse AI usage with the usage report

The usage report provides a comprehensive overview of your activity, credit consumption, and performance metrics.

Use this report to optimize your workflows and manage your Browse AI resources effectively.

Accessing the usage report

  1. Navigate to your Browse AI dashboard

  2. Click the credits circle bar icon next to your profile icon in the top-right corner

  3. Select "Detailed usage report" from the dropdown menu

Understanding the report interface

Report settings (in yellow)

The top section of the report contains essential controls for customizing your view:

  • Robot selection: Choose "All robots" or select a specific robot to analyze

  • Date range: Set your preferred time period for analysis

  • Apply button: Update the report with your selected filters

Usage summary (in blue)

The summary section displays key metrics for your selected time period:

  • Total used credits: Number of credits consumed

  • Total tasks: Count of completed robot operations

  • Average success rate: Percentage of successful task completions

  • Total captured rows: Amount of data points extracted

Usage trends (in green)

The interactive graph visualizes your credit usage over time. Hover over any point to see detailed metrics including:

  • Daily credit consumption

  • Number of tasks executed

  • Data rows extracted

Robot usage and performance

The detailed performance section shows metrics for each robot:

  • Individual robot credit usage

  • Task completion counts

  • Success rates

  • Historical data for deleted robots

How to analyze specific robots

To analyze an individual robot's performance:

  1. Go to the 'Detailed Usage Report'

  2. Click the robot dropdown menu

  3. Select your target robot

  4. Choose your preferred date range

  5. Click apply to update the report

The report will refresh to show detailed metrics for your selected robot, including success rates, credit usage patterns, and data extraction volumes.
