How can I use or redeem a promo code?
If you want to redeem a promo code that you received from Browse AI in any of our campaigns or directly, you can follow these simple steps to redeem it while subscribing to Browse AI.
To redeem your promo code
1. Go to the subscription section in your dashboard, or click here.
2. Choose and click the plan you want to subscribe to:
Important: Make sure the promo code's conditions match your chosen plan. Some promo codes might only work on annual plans or specific tiers.
You'll see an overview of your chosen plan. Here's a sample:
- Confirm to proceed to the payment page; you'll then be redirected to the payment window.
- On the left portion of the payment page, you'll see a button-field labelled "Add Promotion Code".
Click on it to enter your code in this field, and click "Apply."
Note: You can only use one promo code per subscription.
If you're having trouble redeeming your promo code, double-check the following:
- Make sure the promo code is still valid and hasn't expired.
- Confirm that the promo code is applicable to the plan you've selected.
- Ensure you've entered the promo code correctly, with no typos or extra spaces.
