Using a captured screenshot in a Zapier action step

When you've trained your robot to capture a screenshot, it's possible to pass off that image file to action steps in your Zap.

Some examples of what you might do with a screenshot:

  • Upload it to an app like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive

  • Send it to ChatGPT for analysis

  • Deliver it to a shared Slack channel that your team monitors

The screenshots will have a URL that begins with https://prod-browseai-captured-data and the label will have a name that contains Captured Screenshots.

If there are multiple screenshots captured by your robot, there will be one field per screenshot captured. Again, the URL will begin with https://prod-browseai-captured-data.

In the screenshot below, notice that there are two file objects.

The names "Screenshot 1" and "Screenshot 2" will be replaced with whatever you choose during the training of your robot.

Note: If your robot is capturing multiple screenshots, it's possible you'll need to add an action step per screenshot in your app. In this example, one Google Drive action uploads the first screenshot, and the next one uploads the second screenshot.
