What is the refund policy?

As a mission-oriented company that strives to democratize access to information on the web, we aim to ensure that all of our users get value from the software and are happy with the results. That is why we have a satisfaction guarantee and offer refunds for up to 60 days under certain conditions.

Here's how the refund policy works:

  1. Oops, forgot to cancel your subscription? If it renewed once or twice in the last 60 days and you haven't used any credits since, we'll happily give you a 100% refund for those renewals.
  2. If you bought an annual subscription within the past 30 days but couldn't get the software to work, we'll issue a full refund.
  3. For new monthly subscribers, if you tried using our software within the past 14 days without success, we'll also refund 100% of your payment.

If you'd like a refund, cancel your subscription on your dashboard to avoid future charges. Then, shoot us an email at support at browse.ai from the same email you used to sign up. We'd love to hear any feedback you have so we can improve!

Refunds are handled manually, and we usually respond within 2-3 business days. But don't worry if we're a bit late - we'll still honor your request based on the date you sent it.

We use Stripe for payments, so you can expect your refund to reach your bank within 5-10 business days.

Just a heads up: If we notice that lots of credits were used successfully and it seems like the refund policy is being abused, we may decline or offer a prorated refund. We want to keep things fair for everyone!
