Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
A trained Browse AI robot that's ready to extract data
An Airtable account with access to create and modify bases
Completed at least one successful test run of your robot
Setting up the integration
Open the integrations tab
Navigate to your dashboard, select your robot, and click the "Integrate" tab at the top of the screen.
Enable the Airtable integration
Connect and enable syncing to to Airtable by clicking the Airtable tile, then select "Enable Syncing to Airtable."
Authorize your account
Choose "Authorize New Account" under the "Choose Airtable Account" section and follow the prompts to connect your Airtable account.
If you've connected Airtable before, you can select an existing account.
Configure your sync
Select your target Airtable base
Map your robot's data fields to Airtable columns
Review and activate the integration
Test the connection and run your task
Navigate to the "Run Task" tab and initiate your designated task.
During this step, ensure that the extracted texts are correctly displayed in your Airtable, creating a new tab for your data.
Set up an automated continuous sync
With the setup complete, when you run your task, or it executes a monitoring check, the newly captured data will be automatically update to your Airtable.
This automated process ensures that your data remains up-to-date and consistently organized.
Important technical details
Your Airtable integration needs specific settings to work properly:
Browse AI syncs data to multiline text fields, which have a 100,000-character limit. Data exceeding this limit won't sync successfully.
Keep all synced fields as multiline text type in Airtable. Changing field types (like switching from text to currency) will break the sync.
Troubleshooting
If your data isn't syncing:
Verify that your robot is extracting data successfully
Check that your Airtable field types haven't been modified
Ensure your data doesn't exceed the character limit
Confirm you have proper permissions in your Airtable base
