Whether you want to cancel, upgrade, or simply understand your options, we've made the process simple and straightforward.
Accessing your subscription settings
Log in to your Browse AI account.
From your dashboard home, click on the Billing tab in the main navigation, or click here.
This will take you to your subscription management page where you can view your current plan, usage, and available options.
Upgrading to a higher tier
Go to the Billing tab.
Select the plan or tier you'd like to upgrade to.
Follow the prompts for payment.
When you upgrade, our billing system will automatically calculate a prorated amount based on the remaining time and credits in your current billing cycle. This prorated amount will be applied to your new plan's cost, ensuring you only pay for what you use.
Downgrading your account
When downgrading your subscription you can pause your subscription, downgrade to a lower plan, or cancel your subscription.
Downgrade to a lower plan or tier
In order to ensure that your robots are transitioned to a lower tier successfully, we personally manage all account downgrades.
To downgrade to a lower plan or tier, you'll need to contact support.
To contact support click the chat icon to trigger a ticket.
You can alternatively do this in the Billing tab by selecting Cancel subscription, and then selecting Contact Support.
Pause your subscription temporarily
You can pause your subscription for up to three months with the option to reactivate your plan at any time:
On the Subscription page, select Cancel subscription.
Click the Pause my Subscription button.
Your subscription will be paused, and you won't be billed during this period.
You can reactivate at any time before the three-month period ends.
The benefit of pausing your subscription is that your robots and data will remain in your account for future use.
Cancel your subscription
If you need to cancel your subscription, follow these simple steps:
On the Billing tab, locate and click the Cancel Subscription button in the upper right corner.
Click the Cancel Subscription Renewal button
Confirm your cancellation when prompted
You'll be asked to provide feedback on your reason for canceling - your input helps us improve our service.
To complete the cancellation, click the Cancel Subscription Renewal button.
Important: you will lose credits after your cancellation takes effect. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. You'll see a message indicating your remaining credits and their expiration date.
Reactivate your account
If you canceled in the past, or if you account was suspended due to payment you can reactivate your account by:
Go to the Billings tab.
Select the paid plan you'd like to upgrade to.
Follow the payment prompts.
Change your payment method
Go to your Billing page.
Click on the Payment method button, on the top-right.
You should then be redirected to a new Stripe window where you can edit your payment credentials.
If you don't see it on the Billing page, you can access it through your Invoices page.
Go to your Invoices page.
Click on the Payment method button.
