How can I cancel my subscription renewal?

If you need to cancel your subscription, we've made the process simple for you. Just follow these easy steps, and your subscription will be canceled.

Step 1: Go to the Subscription Plan Page

To start the cancellation process, navigate to the Subscription page in your dashboard.

Step 2: Click on Cancel Subscription in the Upper Right Corner

Step 3: Share Your Feedback

Before canceling your subscription, we kindly ask you to share the reason for your decision. Your feedback is invaluable to us, as it helps us improve our services and better serve our customers. Please know that we carefully read and consider every piece of feedback we receive.

Step 4: Confirm Your Cancellation

To proceed with the cancellation, click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

Step 5: Access Your Remaining Credits

After canceling your paid account, any remaining credits will stay in your account until the end of your subscription period. You will see a message displaying the remaining credits and their expiration date.
