How can I manage my subscription
Whether you want to cancel, upgrade, or simply understand your options, we've made the process simple and straightforward.
Managing Your Subscription
Here's how you can manage your Browse AI subscription:

โ Accessing your Browse AI subscription
- Log in to your Browse AI account if not yet
- From your dashboard home, click on the Billing tab, or click here to navigate to your subscription page.
โ Cancelling your subscription
To cancel your subscription, click the "Cancel Subscription" button in the upper right corner of the Subscription page:
- You'll be asked to provide feedback on your reason for cancelling. Your input is super important to us, as we use it to improve our services. ๐

To finalise the cancellation, click the "Cancel Subscription Renewal" button, located on the right-most corner:
Important: After cancelling, any remaining credits will stay in your account until the end of your current billing cycle. You'll see a message indicating your remaining credits and their expiration date.
๐ Keep your subscription
At this stage, if you change your mind and decide to keep your subscription, click the "Don't Cancel Subscription" button:
โธ Pausing your subscription
Instead of cancelling, you can opt to pause your subscription for up to three months:
- Clicking on "Pause my subscription" button will trigger the contact button where you can request for it. Our team will receive your request and handle it upon your request.
- While your subscription is paused, you won't be billed, and your account will be temporarily deactivated.
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time before the pause period ends.
โ Upgrading your subscription
- To upgrade your plan, simply select the desired plan on your Billing page, and follow the prompts to update your subscription.
- When you upgrade, our billing system will automatically calculate a prorated amount based on the remaining time and credits in your current billing cycle. This prorated amount will be applied to your new plan's cost, ensuring you only pay for what you use. You can learn more about how proration works here:
๐งพ Reactivating your account
If you've long cancelled your subscription and want to reactivate it later, you can easily do so by upgrading to any of our paid plans on the Billing page.
๐ณ Changing your payment method
- Go to your Billing page
- Click on the Payment method button, on the top-right.
If you don't see it on the Billing page, you can access it through your Invoices page.
- Go to your Invoices page.
- Click on the Payment method button.
- You should then be redirected to a new Stripe window where you can edit your payment credentials.
